Code of Conduct as a MARA Agent

The Migration Agents Code of Conduct is set out in legislation to regulate the conduct of agents. It prescribes your obligations towards your clients. The OMARA provides practice guides to assist registered migration agents in meeting their obligations under the Code.

Code of Conduct as an IAA Agent

This code of conduct sets out the required standards of professional and ethical conduct for licensed immigration advisers. It is developed by the Registrar of Immigration Advisers and approved by the Minister of Immigration in accordance with section 37(4) of the Immigration Advisers Licensing Act 2007.
