can know that do immigration have some false information or some data base problem.?
The thing is i came to Australia in 2017 on student visa and i got visa till 30/08/2019
so i have changed uni and due to changing uni i my study got extended and it is now going to finish in dec 2019. And i have applied new visa which i was sure 100 percent will come but yesterday i got response from immigration that in your visa application your student depended visa got rejected on some date why you don’t have mentioned that. but i haven’t applied that visa as i dont have any spouse or patner as i am full time student but i dont know why in immigration records it is showing my spouse name
what should i do now.?
is there any possibility that its data is miss matching.!

yes, this can be addressed and resolved. take the help of a migration agent and he will be able to coordinate with the officer and get the issue resolved. some times there may be some miss-representation by your education agent when they apply for your initial student visa. which need to be checked properly and addressed. So first send the query which you have received to my email id
